Goodreads Choice Awards 2021

Here are my votes per category. It was hard to choose, but every vote helps an author gain visibility for their amazing books. If you are on Goodreads, make sure you cast your votes.

Best Fiction : the Wish by Nicholas Sparks

( I only managed to read two of the books nominated in this category unfortunately.)

Best Mystery and Thriller : A Slow Fire Burning by Paula Hawkins

( I based this vote on some fantastic reviews by some of my favorite bloggers. I trust they know what they are talking about.)

Best Historical Fiction: Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid

(You know who you are, and I will haunt you if this book is a let down!)

Best Fantasy: A Crown of Gilded Bones by Jennifer L Armentrout.

(Okay, so this was a tough one as I based my choice on whose smut was the most bearable.)

Best Romance: The Heart Principle by Helen Hoang

( I loved her other books, so she got my vote in this category)

Best Science Fiction : Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir

(@sand_between_pages has not stopped talking about this book, so it should be great!)
